  • Day 1: Order is received and confirmed

  • Day 2: Order is packed and dispatched

  • All orders are dispatched by the end of Day 2 using a 24-hour tracked delivery service.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • We aim to process orders placed up to 4:00 PM on any working day.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next working day.

Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM on a working day are aimed to be dispatched by Day 3 at the latest.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor your shipment.

Delivery Service

  • We use a 24-hour tracked shipping service for all dispatches.

  • Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
